When you request help, a ticket will be created on my ticketing platform where you will be able to track progress, see resolution, and get a link to the invoice for the work. If you choose to purchase one of my internet services, you will get a dedicated account where you can access the ticketing platform directly to submit tickets to me, making your life easier and stress-free.
I use an invoicing platform to generate and send an invoice to you after repairs or the service is done. This is also used for my internet service billing to make it easier for everyone. Invoices are attached to your ticket as well so you can find it easily. Prices will never be a surprise, because I will always communicate pricing before the job begins.
